Sean Wise demonstrates the proper way to create an elevator pitch, while on an actual elevator. Learn how to make your idea’s stand out, the elements involved and how to be successful so investors will give you the time of day.
Definition: the two minute presentation it takes to go from the lobby to the investor’s office on the top floor.
Two elements:
- Pain statement – problem trying to be solved
- Value proposition – how does your venture solve that problem
4 key tests
- Succinct – to the point
- Easy to understand – no tech talk
- Green inducing – investors want to make money
- Irrefutable – less questions from investors
