Tom, aka Director Tom, is the real deal. I met him in person at the SOBCon in Chicago last year and was extremely impressed with his passion for people and for his profession.

As I've gotten to know Tom he strikes me as someone who is always "on-brand," he always lives his brand. I don't think that anyone who knows Tom would be surprised at anything in this interview, because his professionalism and story has already been branded to us.

Good interview!
