		<description>Good tips. I would say that it was my personality to BEGIN that scored me the opportunity to create a brand. You can&#039;t decide on what personality to exude after you finally decide to &#039;brand&#039; yourself, that would mean you&#039;re limiting your transparency. 

If I may be critical of the writing: your incorrect usage of apostrophes is distracting. (Video&#039;s, Brand&#039;s)</description>
