		<description>I don&#039;t necessarily agree with you.  In fact, I think that you are slightly contradicting yourself.  I do agree that in the business world it is necessary to cater to the egos around you.  I, however, think that this means that you must swallow your own ego in order to do so.

I also do not think that it is always ego, or pride, that always separates the lower class (or McDonalds worker) from the upper class (or businessman).  You state that &quot;If you don’t have “pride” in your personal brand, then I can almost guarantee that some press in your local newspaper or a pat on the back at work wont soothe your wounds or give you purpose in life.&quot;  I do not think that you need to have pride to have purpose.  There are many people out there who have other equally inspiring reasons for what they do - love, generosity, ambition, drive, family...</description>
