My friend worked with Stew on developing the Total Leadership program - its a strong, solid approach.  However the one area I think he may want to think about developing is a team of consultants to execute on this model - otherwise, the impact is sigificantly less.  I know that there are plans for a certifying coaches but it has been slow going....would be interested to hear Stew&#039;s thoughts on implementation.
