		<description>Networking is probably the fastest and easiest way to land a job nowadays. But I do believe it is the quality and not the quantity that matters. Even if one reaches 5 people a day, the numbers keep stacking... how will you be able to maintain them all? Just network with people you feel comfortable with or have a similar interest... that&#039;s the best way to do it!</description>

This is a great reminder of the importance of networking.  I like the idea of a pyramid to demonstrate the concept. I actually use a pyramid concept to teach about resume writing!

Have you ever considered flipping the pyramid around and making &quot;Family&quot; the base? It would seem that the  strongest position on the pyramid is at the foundation, rather than the tip. Just a thought!
