		<description>Great post Dan!  The average blogger age actually surprised me, I would&#039;ve thought it would be late 20s-early 30s.

You mention the Best Buy social networking site and how it affected turnover rates as well as the Gen-Y difficulties of balancing career vs personal obligations.  Not sure if you&#039;ve read this book or blog yet, but it is excellent...I&#039;m just finishing it up: http://caliandjody.com/.  If you haven&#039;t already, I&#039;d recommend reading the book, it is very interesting and hits directly on those points that you made.</description>
