		<description>Great interview and summary.  Very intelligent questions, and of course, responses... big fan of Kaplan &amp; Norton, and of Porter, Prahalad, and Blue Ocean... My dad&#039;s office is strewn with all of &#039;em.  I actively use Thumb-rules from these books with my clients!

But you didn&#039;t ask him about any Personal Branding execution tips, ideas, insights?  Or &quot;Balanced Scorecard&quot;-inspired benchmarks for personal branding?
