Most people associate financial freedom with retirement or a certain amount of money--like enough to cover expenses with some left over. But truly, financial freedom is a state of mind--it's a state of being you experience when you are passionate about what you do, so you would do it anyway, even if you won a million dollars or reached retirement age. In this state, making a contribution to the whole you find yourself fulfilled financially, emotionally, and spiritually. How's that for a New Year's Intention? Great questions! This is the way to becoming indespensible. If your company does need your services, perform the tasks assigned to you to the best of your ability, then start thinking of ways you can add additional value to your company utilizing the things that you're the best at! And I would add that if you answered YES to question #3 that you start asking yourself, “How can I use my strengths to enable my company to perform more efficiently, be more effective, grow the bottom line?”

This is the way to becoming indespensible. If your company does need your services, perform the tasks assigned to you to the best of your ability, then start thinking of ways you can add additional value to your company utilizing the things that you’re the best at!
